Conclude “partial planning” package


Our team has everything covered on your most important day. This package includes a personal bridal assistant to stay close with you, the Bride, during preparation. Your assistant will ensure you and your wedding party is on schedule according to the timeline and help answer any questions or concerns you have throughout the day as you are getting ready. She will be in close contact with our other team coordinator who is at the venue setting up and ensuring vendors are arriving, so that you won’t have to worry about any of it. Your personal bridal assistant will be the main point of contact. Rest assure, your wedding is in great hands.

Breathe a sigh of relief knowing that every last detail has been checked and rechecked by our talented team. This service is perfect for the couple who has done all of the hard work, logged all of the hours and spent many a day and night planning their wedding but looking for help with the last steps. Final stage service provides dependable and professional assistance and will ensure that all of the elements of your ceremony and reception run smoothly.

Finishing Touches, Day Of Coordination


This package provides coordination on the day of your wedding, starting with initial plans a month before the wedding day. For the couple who has their entire event designed, requires minimal help with planning and only needs a wedding coordinator to create the timeline, check in with vendors, manage rehearsal, coordinate the day of their wedding, and oversight on all of the setup elements.

This package includes a four hour only setup of all details. We will arrive at the site for setting up and ensuring all elements are in place.
